Benefits of Recruitment Software

clock March 25, 2009 07:14 by author chris.millar

Companies are expanding all of the time.  This expansion requires finding new personnel to work in your offices or from home, depending on what type of jobs you need to fill.  It can be difficult to keep on top of the needed job postings because you are busy with other parts of your job.  With recruitment software you do not have to worry about the time it takes to set up multiple listings.  The software is designed to post your available jobs on job boards, recruitment websites, and even send out emails.

At Ofertas de Trabajo en Barcelona you are able to find job posting through the use of recruitment software.  They use the software to store their candidate and client records to determine what they may need and when they will need it.  The software continually updates to ensure only the most recent needs are listed, so as to get you the best candidates for the jobs you have.

Recruitment software is often a web based program.  You will not have to download the program, which saves your computer from unnecessary files.  You can also access the information anywhere in the world.  This means if you are on a trip you can update the site quickly and with ease.  Another benefit is that the software works in several languages.  Whether you need to advertise in France or South America you can find the best employees through the language supports the recruitment software has.  Your company can expand as needed with the help of the software.

How to Survive the Recession in Recruitment

clock January 15, 2009 03:51 by author chris.millar

How to Survive the Recession in Recruitment

During a recession the number of Candidates registering or responding to job adverts increases dramatically when unfortunately your resources and staff time cannot. On top of this Consultants should be spending more time cementing your relationships with Clients but there are not enough hours in the day. So what is the solution?

Helping Recruitment Agencies through Tough Times...

Being Ex-Recruiters who have worked through past recessions we know how tough these times can be and have been working hard to produce solutions. We are pleased to announce two new products to help you spend less time on Admin and more time speaking with your Clients.

Auto Recruiter

Auto Recruiter removes the time needed to respond to Candidate Applications and Advertising Responses. When an application is received Auto Recruiter will instantly create a candidate record by reading the CVemail the candidate a response and allow them to check and validate their Application Details online. Auto Recruiter will also shortlist the Candidate for their chosen job and let you know where there details are stored to view, all within seconds. This cuts out the time it takes for consultants to fill in databases or respond to hundreds of emails completely.

We understand that you need to keep costs at a minimum, so Auto Recruiter is extremely cost affective and can process hundreds CV's in the time it takes for a Consultant to make a cup of coffee.

Recruitment Portal

Recruitment Portal turns your Website into a Job Board! Recruitment Portal instantly shows all of your vacancies online and allows candidate to register and update their details online at any time. These candidate will be automatically added to your database or emailed to you. Recruitment Portals are also optimised for Search Engines, so when the thousands of people who search for Jobs every month, your Jobs will be in the Search Results.

Recruitment Portal emails Candidates when you have jobs that match their criteria and lets them send suitable jobs to friends, extending your market dramatically.

To find out more about our solutions go to MyRecruitment.net, where we offer a free trial of the MyRecruitment system.

How to Survive a Recession with Recruitment Software

clock December 11, 2008 03:56 by author chris.millar

Administration, Recessions and Recruitment Software

Recessions pose difficult operational issues for recruitment

businesses as not only does the fee income come down as demand falls, but the

amount of effort needed to secure fee income increases.  And instead of resources being focused on

developing relationships with the all important clients, and securing vacancies, an increasing proportion of time and effort is spent searching for

‘needles in haystacks’ as the sheer volume of CVs received greatly increases.

Recruitment Software and CV's

And you cannot switch off these CVs coming in as althoughyou will only place a very small proportion of them, you do not know whichones.  And you want to build yourdatabase of candidates during a recession so that when the market picks up youcan respond quickly and capitalise on the most favourable market conditions arecruitment business can enjoy – increasing demand, plenty of supply, and lesscompetition.

Managing CV's

In the past there have two approaches to managing thisproblem:

1.      Throw all the CVs into a folder and searchthrough them all when a vacancy arrives. This usually means that although thereis no effort needed to file the CVs, searching and reviewing them takes a verylong time and delays the submission of the best shortlist.

2.      Read all the CVs and select the few you want tokeep and enter these into a database so that precise matching is very fast andstrong shortlists can be quickly prepared. This means that a lot of work isdone when the CVs are received.

Technology has supported these processes but not fundamentallychanged them, as they require a lot of manual intervention - either on the wayin or on the way out.

A Recruitment Software Solution

Neither of these approaches are ideal and neither of themengage the people with the greatest vested interest in obtaining a placement –the job seeker.  This is the firstrecession when the majority of job seekers will use the Internet to find jobs, and submit their CVs, and provides them with the tools to submit hundreds ofcopies of their CV, rather than just a handful. And as this recession is global the volume of CVs will increase hugely.

MyRecruitment.net Web Based Recruitment Software

MyRecruitment.Net has been developed to solve this problemas it automates the handling of all CVs received electronically, irrespectiveof source, and automatically matches candidates to vacancies, creates ashortlist, and enables this to be forwarded to the client with minimal effortas quickly as possible.  It achieves thisby engaging the job seeker in the process by providing self-service facilitiesin your own web site with minimal effort – validate their data and confirmapplication to vacancies, and track progress.

And by building this database during the recession byproviding a service to your candidates, you will be in an ideal position toincrease placements when demand increases without substantially increasingstaff.

MyRecruitment .Net is provided as a fully managed servicethat requires no IT expertise or resource and can be integrated into yourexisting infrastructure to deliver a joined up end-to-end solution,  not just another discrete applicationalongside many others.
